Service level agreements vary by infrastructure provider and region. Generally, outages caused by upstream network failures or scheduled maintenance are subject to the specific provider's compensation policy. Credits, if applicable, are issued as platform-native balances to the user account, less any technical processing fees or provider-side penalties.
